Your role as Managing Director

Millux is seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. This critical leadership role will be multifaceted, demanding a unique blend of skills and experiences to successfully steer the company.

The Managing Director will serve as the face of Millux, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and in interactions with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and industry leaders. Sales and business development are pivotal aspects of this role. Professional Qualifications:

Fluent in Dutch and English, with international business experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, an additional MBA or business degree is highly desirable.
Proven track record in leading and growing B2B technology companies, with experience in the semiconductor industry and a robust network.
Knowledge of laser technology, micro-precision technology, or metrology is preferred.
Demonstrated success in business development, scaling production operations, and diversifying market presence.
Deep understanding of production optimization, supply chain management, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link technological solutions to market needs and drive new business initiatives.
