Our search starts with an intensive exploration of your organization: where are you, where you want to go, and what you need to get there? We also look closely at the company culture, the position of the employee in the organisation and the people the candidate will be working with.

Once we know your company inside out and understand what's important, we draw up a job profile. That profile will include, in addition to skills, competences and salary, details that go beyond the CV and help you find the perfect match (e.g. motivations, ambitions and personal characteristics).
